Formal "living room" with Japanese style furniture.
Street we live on, with a good "ma & pa diner about where the white car is. (grates are inclines to their garages.)
Our bedroom (air conditioned), kitchen and dining room. The formal LR is "glassed in" area behind the black sofa. I think we were the first ones to live in this new home. Basically they will use it as a guest home for relatives and friends who visit, with one daughter sleeping here in one of the 3 bedrooms. VERY, VERY NICE!
